Pathetic customer care, empty promises and endless problems. No responses to emails for months now.Would not recommend them at all. Cancelled our services in March and the debit orders are still going off.Do yourself a favor, and don't even waste your time. Alpha Alert is much more efficient.

I am surely one of the most unsatisfied clients have been trying to get problems sorted out for 1 year and 4 months still nobody is willing to take and do something about it have been Chubb customer for 32.years and this is the way they treat loyal clients

Extremely unprofessional company this National Security: I left National Security & Fire more than a year ago and now they are taking money off my bank account for an item which I have no knowledge off. Truly disappointing to see a company do that without providing proper details or informing me first why they are doing this.
