Very unsatisfied with Harcourts service

Harcourts has been mistreating me from the time i started renting a property from them in 2020. When i would complain about a danger zone in the shop they said i was asking for cosmetic things. Now since the storm on the 25th of Nov 2021, they delayed to fix my shopChanged contractors 3 times. When they saw they were not winning they said i dont have to pay rent for Dec as long as i am not operating. Took long again to finalize the last quote. On the 6th of Jan 2022, after a contractor fixed the roof, the insurance rejected the continuation of fixing the ceiling. Saying the roof needs to be redone. By that time they were hoping i will go and work in a place where the ceiling and lights were hanging and had fallen too. See pictures, I refused. So they sent me an email saying they are releasing me from the contract. I has just buried my father in law on 3 January and same day my Aunt passed.I told them i have a funeral so am going to bury my aunt and from Monday i will start packing. By the 13th we handed over the keys. But according to them i am still liable for rent. I don't know if this is because i am black or what. Have never been so mistreated. As i write this it is the 26th January. But am.still paying for rent to Harcourts who set me free from the requirements of the contract.

Very POOR SERVICE. The principal at this company is extremely rude . I phoned her about a property and she went off on me without having any details of arrangements with the agent . When phoning an agent there is never an answer and all this while you are trying to get things arranged to rent out a property . I will not recommend anyone to make use of Harcourts .

I would just like to thank Adel Krugel at Harcourts and her team for such professional service.I have been an tenant with them for 4years but unfortunately had to move.Every complaint or issue was always handled speedy and professionally.I would definitely recommend them.

Friendly, sufficient and very helpful staff! Go that extra mile for a person.
