Could not load my electricity voucher on Sat late afternoon, after several phone calls, they can only send someone out on Monday. That will be over 40 hrs with no electricity, Shocking service!

Richard gave me an incorrect quote over email, insisted on a deposit. When they came out they only then realised the job was way more complicated. Sent me a new quote that was triple the first one. I declined it and requested my deposit back. Nothing. Had to initiate legal action. Stay away!!!!!
