Sunset Dentistry Fourways

I am so sad that I chose this practice. My son just had his tooth removed and the other one which was rotten was filled and now he is in so much pain. I regret ever trusting you with my child. I am very sure the doctor who did this procedure might have not been familiar with what she was doing. I’m so disappointed

What an amazing service I received at Sunset Dentistry Fourways. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I didn't understand the procedure but the Doctor and his assistants talked me through it.I will highly recommend it to anyone that needs dental help especially for a big family, there is a dentist for everyone.Their practice also covers so many medical aids which made my life so easy.Thank You sunset for the amazing work. ill see you guys soon!!!

Horrible service I’ve ever experienced in my life. No1 the doctor looked like she didn’t know what she was doing. Told me there’s nothing wrong with my teeth. went to look into my file and gave me the same feedback I was give 2years ago that she was reading from my file. Went on to say my fillings are fading when I’ve never ever had fillings. Asked me to go do X-ray as if it’s part of consultation without telling me that it’s extra cost. They look like they don’t know how to operate their X-ray machine and I’m standing on my feet for about 20minutes they’re not even apologising. They’re making calls asking to be Assisted on how to operate their X-ray. Finally they tell me that it’s working and the doctor tells me that she doesn’t see anything. And then she goes on Google to search for sensitive toothpaste and she tells me to use that. The receptionist comes to tell me that my medical aid hasn’t kicked off and I have to pay almost 1k for consultation and procedure. What procedure now? X-ray is the procedure I’m told. I regret going there. I wish i had read the reviews coz most people experienced terrible service according to reviews here

I've been looking for 100% Black owned Dentist and I'm so happy I found Sunset Dentistry. The staff was so friendly and welcoming.I love how informative the Dentist was, she explained everything and gave me a tailored treatment plan.I can't wait for my next appointment with Dr Mutinga. I am definitely bringing my family with.Keep it up you guys.

Wasn’t impressed as a new customer, because clearly they refer us (me & my son) to a newly qualified dentist instead of their celebrity dentist. She wasn’t thorough in cleaning our teeth nor did she provide proper after routine

Pain free experience. The dentist was very nice and I had a good experience. Definitely recommend them.

My wish is for you to teach the your collugues(Doctors) and other staff on the importance of customer service and being professional. I honestly think Dr K he's is the only Dr that take his Job serious.I have been visiting Sunset Dentistry for the 6 months nowfor my braces journey. Hope for more beta months ahead of me.
