Charging people coming there for quotes who don't have insurance is so wrong in my opinion. For 250 bux they should come to me to quote.

Absolutely shocking experience at Autoross. My car was meant to be in service for a week, my car ended up being in their care for 4 months. I got my car back for a total of 4 days before it broke down again today. One of the parts in the engine wasn’t connected which allowed water to fall out of the car. The car then overheated and broke down. This experience was very dangerous for both myself and my car. This company’s services are useless and the staff are extremely unhelpful. I will never be using this company again and I would like this to publicly be known for anyone else needing assistance with their car.

Brilliant start to finish.We were directed to Auto-Ross by our insurer Outsurance and what a good move it was.Auto Ross did a thorough inspection upfront and give us an estimate time of repair which they stuck to.We were kept updated every step of the process via emails or sms.On collection of our vehicle, Melissa from Auto-Ross who is a true asset to the company, accompanied me on the inspection and took the time to show me around the workshop and explained the process.To Auto-Ross, Melissa and the rest of the team, a huge thank you.Our car looks as good as new.

I highly recommend AutoRoss and their team. You get regular updates as to the progress of your vehicle repairs. They are professional from the quote stage to delivery - they even reply to messages! They were also very prompt with pricing/providing a quote - unlike the bigger panel beater around the corner from whom I am still awaiting just a quote - weeks/months later!Thank you!

Poor workmanship - vehicle needed multiple repairs due to debris (paper and sand) in paint.Poor service - vehicle was 2 months at the workshop.Poor handover - vehicle was dirty when return to client. Broken glass and paint flake was found on seats.Conclusion - These guys are a backyard operation that charges professional rates. Avoid them.
