For starters, email doesn’t get a response. Secondly the phone is never picked up. I was obligated to travel to Pretoria to sort out an issue that could have been easily dealt with over the phone. The good thing is, once there, there’s a sense of efficiency in the service delivery. However, I’ve encountered another problem and the only seemingly plausible solution is to go there once again...

I have been trying to get hold of them through the number provided. Yet to no avail. I have also sent them an email with no response. This is quite frustrating because this is the first time that I have been struggling to get hold of them. My previous experience was pleasant and was assisted very quickly. What's going on? We can't accept covid for being the reason for this difficulty.

The service is extremely poor. Everytime I call their offices it's either they don't answer or they foward my call to someone who doesn't answer. I even tried to lodge a complaint but it says the service is currently unavailable. I'm frustrated. I'm in KZN and even thinking of going to Pretoria now.
