Lutzville Vineyards

We always make an effort to stop at this wonderful and unpretentious wine producer. The prices for tasting is much lower than its counterparts in Stellenbosch and Franschoek. Lutzville can also more than compete in terms of quality. The cheese platter was large and reasonably priced. I always leave with a bottle of their superb Francois Le Valliant Noble Late Harvest and the Diamond Collection White Muscadel - the best sweet wines in the world according to my book. Do not expect the sense of history and style associated with the Cape Winelands BUT rather something more small and sincere.

What a beautiful experience on sunny day.The garden area so well kept ,we could sit there for hours.Amazing inexpensive price for wine tasting and food was tasty and amazing.Staff friendly and service Tops.

Says they are open but closed, very outdated. Do not recommend. Drove far to just see a closed door with a outdated calendar and wrong open times.

Me and my wife visited Lutzville Vineyards yesterday (23 11 2021). Very friendly staff, excellent wine. We both treated ourselves to a slice of cake and a glass of their excellent wine. The cake was absolutely heavenly. On the way out we even bought six bottles of wine. I am a critical person, because of restaurants etc that previously failed to deliver. You however deserve this rating.

absolutely splendid! Well worth the drive. do yourself a favour and order their cheese platter. we enjoyed their nougat and sweet wine pairing too.
