my dad and i applied for contract phones on the 13th of September 2021 and its been seven days of being ignored and given the run around , when they called we were told the person helping us isn't at work so they starting the process again . honestly not liking their service

I had to pick up my laptop from another mall which was an inconvenience. Bought office chair, had to wait 30 days and there was no communication to even apologies for the delay. Had the worst experience even with the staff members.

Saleslady was helpfull but had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to open cage or safe to remove item so I can pay for it. I was the only customer in shop on this Sunday morning at 9:35 am. This must be the Spaza shop or Mickey Mouse shop of the Incredible Connection Group

Incredible Connection - Southgate your service is the pits, to say the least. Yesterday l needed help with a printer and no one would avail themselves to assist. Needless to say, l stood for what seemed like an eternity. Lebogang who kept calling for Karabo was only too happy to see me leave and exclaimed...'haai otlabe watsamaya'. I find it difficult to understand that your staff don't know their work or products and only an unwilling Karabo seems to be knowledgeable. Quite a regrettable visit there and l will never do the same mistake again. To the public out there, if you don't want your day ruined, best keep away from the Southgate 'outlet/store'.

Incredible Connection Southgate Mall
My wife applied for a contract phone on the 20th of February 2022. Contract was approved after running around to get approval. After that we waited till we left jhb. When you call they answer the phone and give you nonsensical explanation why they still haven’t received the phone leave the phone unattended, when you call they dont answer anymore. When you use another phone, they answer. Jabulile is the responsible person.
