An absolutely awful experience. I was told that I should accept broken equipment because it's a rental and it's not new. The customer service was shocking and the misogynistic man even had the audacity to ask how old I was.

I am very happy with the lifts George adds to my shoes. It is important to me that it is functional but aesthetic and George gets full marks for this. Most people do not even realise my shoe is built up.

Receptionist is very rude and inconsiderate and don’t want to listen to the customer for paying off just shouting and saying you need to pay whole amount in full.
