Sorbet Salon Grayston

I had a manicure and pedicure done. On my hands, I had the acrylic nail fill and gelish as well as gelish on my feet. The manicure was badly done, badly filled and the gelish was not well set. The lady had to redo 2 nails and I spent over 2 hours there. I spent R940 which was too expensive for the service.

Good service. Definitely recommend this branch. Friendly staff and owner. Happy with treatments and no issues or breakage.

What a terrible experience this afternoon. Firstly, my sister and I were not even greeted. No drinks were offered. The lady who did my sister's toes was so rude, gave me disgusting looks and didn't even greet me. One of your staff members was doing her OWN nails whilst we were there in front of us. Staff was so loud I could hear them talking to each other and watching videos. Not one single staff member greeted us but walked passed and stared. The receptionists were on their cell phones in front of us and speaking really loudly. When we arrived the receptionist straight up said what are you here for?" Even though I made a booking with them. She didn't even stand up and Greet me. I will never be going to another Sorbet. The only reason I paid is because my sister asked me to. This is disgusting. Also my sister was told it was HER fault the nail gelish light didn't come on and had to remind the nail lady to turn it on every time. Not that you care but my sister had just come out of hospital and because of this Sorbet

Reception was accommodating, professional and on time. Public holiday extended hours. Therapist did a messy job but tried really hard, very friendly and did not talk too much. I think if I had more time they would have fixed it.

Good services at this chain relative to the other onesE.g. Grayston . For Example, the staff at Grayston seem to have a much better attitude than Melrose Arch staff, (more friendly and seem more happy). Khuli, Thenyako, Thembi, and the other lady (cant recall her name). Definitely my first choice of Sorbet thanks to these good people

I am really disappointed with the treatment of my nails at this Sorbet. I came in for a gel nail polish removal and the nail beautician filed onto my nails harshly which has caused small blood spots and bruising beneath my nails, as well as white lines. I came in a few days after my gel removal appointment to show the nail beautician what had happened. My nails have been sensitive and brittle since my appointment on the 31st October. The assistant behind the counter said that they would follow up, but I haven't yet received any response.I do not often have gelish nail, and had healthy nails prior to this appointment. I am really disappointed at the current state of my nails.

Appalling service todayHad to remove product on several occasions as it seeped into my eyes.Proskin 60 booked, one would assume treatment was for 60 mins...only 45mins and charged for full hour treatment!Rip off and very dissatisfied !!!I wont be back or recommend.
