It is refreshing to have found an agency that appreciates beauty beyond the trends and requirements of the traditional fashion industry. I'm at a place in my modelling career where I'm booking jobs with girls from agencies that told me they'd never hire someone of my height or told me that there was no work for my look 'right now', over and over again. Wink has been a predominant pioneer in diversifying the industry, they have opened up jobs for people who wouldn't have had many opportunities before. They've helped a young woman learn to appreciate her own beauty and stop wishing she looked like someone else (that's me, by the way).
