The Junction Apartments

Moving in is not an issue .However, when you move out they come up with any excuse not to give you your deposit bank. They can’t even provide you with a statement to show the interest gained on your deposit. I am about to escalate my case with them, I am one of many that they have done this to. I won’t let it rest.

Very affordable accommodation in Centurion, they were giving all the new tenants brand new furniture as a welcome gift from smart TV, washing machines and fridge your choice.

My first time moving out on my own wasn't the greatest. I had problems in my first week of moving in. I communicated my problems with the staff at The Junction Apartments and they were more than willing to step up and assist. I work weird hours at times so having access to them when I could made things so much easier while the problems were being sorted.I work in a Customer Facing Environment so I can understand how difficult those spaces can get. I had an entire meltdown and they were kind with me. They went above and beyond to make sure I was good. I truly am grateful for all the help and patience and kindness I received. Karabo, Valentino and Patricia, you guys deserve a raise for the work you put in!

Cockroaches are the worst here, we tried everything but they still coming back. Services are slow.When I have to move out, they telling me about notice and everything. Time they know I have a 12 month lease only. Now I’m forced to leave there an extra month

Listen man, take some time and look for other places to live in before going to any of the Junction Apartment complexes. Here are a number of issues or problems to expect from them:1. Due to load shedding, their infrastructure may trip up a lot and you will find yourself sometimes out of power even when load shedding is off. (its a problem out of their control but one to be aware of nevertheless.)2. Make sure you have taken pictures of the initial viewing, you will need them as evidence for things they try to charge of your deposit. The owners are not thorough with repairs so if you are not careful, they will use your deposit money to make repairs for things that they should have fixed prior to you moving in.3. Make sure they fumigate before you move in. The apartments are flooded with cockroaches, and so no matter how clean you are, you will still have an issue of pests - and they will likely charge the fumigation costs out of your deposit when you move out.4. They will bill you for visitors using the visitor entrance.5. The traffic jam can start from the entrance gate on the street most mornings so these apartments are not in an ideal setting.6. If you will stay for more than a year, they will increase the rent despite any upgrades to the service you are getting.7. Just look for other places man, these guys aren't worth it.

i am so disappointed with this place i wouldn't advice anyone to come stay here, when you have to move in its all good they will be chasing you, but when its time to move out the agents will be so rude and they wont even help, i served my notice 4 months before now when i called im being told i wont get my deposit back since i didn't serve notice 30 days before, i sent emails as proof that i serve notice 4 months before worse..now im being ignored honestly speaking this people are scammers

Not ideal for a person who doesn't like noise. Kids are always roaming around making so much noise until very late, they also run through the corridors u can even hear the footsteps from your bedroom. Sometimes when you're still sleeping as early as 06h00 you're woken up by kid's playing with that plastic bike, or a neighbor playing loud music, shame ke thiba-thiba at The Junction. The apartments look nice inside but my other problem is that you can hear footsteps of the person who stays above you, u can also hear when they are moving their furniture. Noise is the only reason I moved from that place. It indeed is a Village.

The agent that helped me, Thapelo Tsolo went above and beyond in assisting with the application and even helped me move in. He was patient, explained everything thoroughly. The place is beautiful, safe and secure. Exactly what I needed as I stay alone with a baby. I sleep at ease at night
