We booked the room for our one year anniversary. Made arrangements to book in @ 13:00. We got here at 13:15 and our room was not ready. Had access to the room at 13:55. When loadshedding hit at 19:00 pitvh black room. No lamps or nothing. Dont you think it is something ypu should consider as loadshedding is mot gping anywhere soon. Also alot of noise at the pool area. Not relaxing at all.

The staff are friendly and willing to assist. Enjoyed breakfast as they gave variety and it's located near mall and free way. Easy access .
