Friendly knowledgable staff....that jumps to help and sort your hiring requirements. The staff the loads the equipment knows what they do and quickly loads and secure everything for you. Prices are great and affordable

We had hired tables and chairs, cutlery and crockery, picnic blankets and a red runner mat for our Christmas Lunch. The process from browsing their website, to placing the order, to receiving the quote was seamless. The delivery staff were friendly and efficient. And Banks' hiring and delivery costs were extremely reasonable. Will most definitely be using their services again!

Beware, if hiring out on the weekend and you find something broken, you have to phone then and there (e.g. Saturday morning) to complain about the broken item, otherwise they will not refund you on the Monday. To be honest I think the reception lady was giving me the run around and didn't care?

Friendly, on track staff, highly recommend it!!update, WARNING: the experience with Banks R&L was pleasant and professional up until the day after the event. Then the trouble started, and has left a very bitter aftertaste to our event. After the goods were inspected and accepted by Banks R&L, they unexpectedly started accusing us of numerous issues with the goods from the day after collection, demanding payment for replacement of goods apparently damaged beyond repair or not returned at all, and changing the accusations to suit when they realised that they were not making sense. They even went as far as editing the signed acceptance form and threatening to blacklist us. Their behaviour changed to completely unreasonable and unethical after the event and turned this into a very unpleasant experience. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

I hired some glasses for a party and the process was so smooth. I popped in, found the glasses I wanted, and was able to hire them immediately for such a reasonable price. Return and receiving my deposit back was equally as breezy. I'll definitely be back for future events!

Went two occasions to confirm availability of equipment, informed them of the location, venue to deliver and finally went to make a deposit but was told they won't cater equipment for that site! The owner said his words are final" now im stuck with no equipment for a budget based on banks pricing for a function in 3days."

The young lady at the sales side of the business upstairs was very friendly, we had a good conversation and a great laugh, a person doesn't get that a lot, so that was refreshing. Then down stairs At payment and collection they were very helpful, same thing when I returned the goods I had hired it was quickly checked to make sure everything was in order, and my deposit was promptly put in my account. Great guys took my items to the car as well am chuffed...I will come again

I can't complain about the quality of the products, the only reason I am giving a two stars is that it took me a long time to find out why the hiring bill was so high and then I saw that they charge 300% and more of some of the other hiring supplies... so for example glasses are kosher wherever you go, there is a big difference between 60c and R3....

What a friendly crowd at this rental place hire.I was picking up equipment that was hired and they even offered my grandson a piece of chocolate..Their friendliness is only superseded by their professionalism.I can recommend this institution to anyone.
