Their communication and professionalism in the service department is awful, comparatively.Promises to call back at a certain time never happen, the consultant is hardly ever at his desk so you are perpetually holding the line for him or asking them when it would be best to call again, you are never given updates or atleast a time frame when a simple oil service would be effected by (FYI, if you bring your car in at 8am, you can expect your car back at 4:30-5:00pm) and while you wait there, expect no updates for hours on end or even shown where you can purchase refreshments assuming they have such facility . But again, this review is made comparatively, I've been with bmw for over 13 years to date and new to audi. My bmw went in this week as well at 8am, returned by 10am, coffee served while waiting, technicians update you and tell you which stage they at currently, and are more proactive, organised and transparent. I would recommend another audi branch.

My partner and I bought a car last year from their pre-owned vehicles department, they advertised that the car was in excellent condition and has a full service history.My partner has been begging the car salesman for months to send the service history prior to this problem, but to no avail. There are records to prove this. He had promised to send the history straight after purchase.Only to find out a few months later that the car was last serviced in 2019 and they did not service it before selling it to the customer in 2022. Audi should not be selling other vehicle brands under their name if they won't take the responsibility should there be an issue. I mean , we bought it at your center and that's the point.This was very unprofessional and deceitful on Audi Sandton's part. A man called Jean" promised to sort out this issue but is now ignoring calls"

The sales team are absolutely great. Very professional and helpful. After dealing with Shalendra I would happily recommend the dealership for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.I'll give them a 10 star if the after sales/service team are as helpful as the sales guys.

Absolutely disgusted in Audi centre Sandton!I serviced my car with them about 3 weeks ago and had a terrible experience, when they applied lubricant on the sun roof of my car, they took no care whatsoever and sprayed lubricant all over the roof lining and passenger seat (which should have been covered in plastic), this just shows the lack of respect they have for their clients cars. On top of that I had a really expensive pair of Sony headphones (which I forgot to take out before the service) stolen out my car and I only realised this when getting home. Have raised a complaint with them 3 times and they’ve promised me that the dealer principle or service manager will get back to me, but nothing!They have really made me reconsider my move from BMW to Audi, the service I received from BMW was the world of difference to Audi centre Sandton.Stay far away from this dealership(Regards to the reply, no the service manager has not been in touch with me)

They need to liase with customers before fixing without consulting. What if u do not have the money. All i needed was an oil service. Was hit with a 4000 bill. The arrogant consultants answer when questioned was...then we shall keep your car till you ready to pay. The system needs urgent attention, it is unprofessional and can be disruptive to an unsuspecting client. Pathetic attitude . Management needs to reinforce communication prior to doing as they pls. How am i to know if it even needed that which they claim. This could be a scam for all i care. I also hated the staffs Friday attitude. Pathetic work ethic, management needs to step up. If i do not get a response i will name and shame him soonest.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Sandton Audi that compelled me to share my disappointment. Upon visiting the dealership to have my car appraised for a potential sale, I intentionally withheld my settlement value, as I knew it could impact the price offered for second-hand cars. However, to my dismay, Sandton Audi obtained my settlement quotation without my consent, which I consider to be a breach of confidentiality.I want to emphasize that this sort of information is confidential and should not be shared without proper authorization. It is essential for businesses to respect their customers' privacy and adhere to data protection principles. Unfortunately, in this case, Sandton Audi failed to uphold these standards.What adds to my frustration is that, following their receipt of the settlement quote, Sandton Audi significantly reduced their price offering for my car by 60,000. This sudden drop in valuation raises questions about the transparency and fairness of their appraisal process.I kindly request Sandton Audi to rectify this situation by reviewing their policies regarding customer confidentiality and obtaining proper consent before requesting sensitive information. Additionally, I urge them to address the issue of decreased car valuation and provide an explanation for the substantial decrease in the offered price.I hope that my review serves as a constructive feedback for Sandton Audi, encouraging them to improve their practices and prioritize customer privacy and satisfaction.Please note: I have made this review based on my personal experience and believe it is important to share it with others to create awareness.

I traded in my Car for a new Audi couple of weeks later the fines kept rolling in on my name. Hence they never removed my trade-in from my Name it's been weeks and the fines are still not sorted out and on my name. Unbelievable service. Not an apology or anything pathetic be careful when you trade in your car and make sure they take it off your name before you sit with a bunch of fines.
