Look at the rugby pitch ever green & well maintained & well looked after wth different kind of grass & 4 soccer pitch worse off, bumpy rely on rain for water is it because black kids are using the soccer fields & white kids the rugby field.

Soccer field was disgusting, the grounds is in a terrible condition. The adjacent rugby field is in a pristine condition. Why?

This is one huge sports complex which has a potential to be like that of Tuks but unfortunately the local municipality is just not keen to upgrade and develop the complex.
