Very friendly manager. Just a little short on staff and had to wait quite a while before inspection. Took 1mins to identify the problem so think it would've better if they helped to diagnose the issue earlier without me waiting 30mins. Anyway, just a congestion problem so

This was the worst experience of my life. They took out my propshafts, inspected them and quoted me on reconditioning them. I gave the go ahead on the price, an hour later I get a phonecal that the price is now 50% more to do the recon or they will do only the back one for the quoted price and give me the front one unrepaired. I phoned the manager Johnnie and he said I can either pay the new price or he will strip the back propshaft and then I can come tow the car with all the spares on the back. WARNING TO EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS PLACE.

Services is excellent. Pricing very good in comparison with other service providers in the area. Prop shaft repairs were swift. Downside is only 3 months guarantee to workmanship. Otherwise recommended!

Not playing open cards regarding prices. Quote prices then add vat on top. Not doing a proper inspection identifying the problems. Discovered other problem after taking it back. Quick to say no guarantee.

Very very very bad!! The owner, Athur, gives you a price, afterwards changes the price and add VAT without telling you upfront!! Then when you query about the price.. Athur swears at you like crazy, that of course was over the phone, as he left for holidays.. You have to pay otherwise not getting your vehicle!! The vehicle still has the same problem.. But of course I will not take it back there..
