Very bad experience especially with the store manager. Not customer oriented dont care attitude as long as as he is gaining sales its fine with him. Second hand TVs are a no no! But the sales people on the other hand, excellent bunch

They are super friendly. I was there and my card declined. I told the gentleman that it was my fault I had deactivated it. The guy didn't take a swipe at me but instead he was patient and showed compassion and even joked about it. Sadly I bought my PS4 game and it didn't work but I am not angry about it.

This store is racist infact the whole brand is, e.g what is this stupid rule that we are required to produce slips for somethings we bought over 3-4 years ago? Wft!! & This only applies to black people only. sies!!! Im disappointed in this brand

I bought a under seat car amplifier less than a month ago there is a problem with the unit the remote system does not work and the speaker is making a rattling noise i took it back to southway mall they want to send the unit out for repairs and i am not happy with it it never comes back 100% once they start intefering the sales person tried his best to sort it out but had no luck the manager were not Very helpfull

The shop was refurbished and now has a wider array of goods. They put more glass displays and it generally feels more spacious.

I have been waiting since July for some correspondence from store have called head office ,was told grant the regional manager would contact and till now no feedback.Can I please get some assistance from field street Durban cash crusaders ,this is leaving a really bad taste in my mouth as it's really unprofessional.I understand store was looted but customer service could not have been looted as well

The store is unlike its surroundings. Its clean, quiet and the staff are helpful, the only problem is finding parking. The store itself is fully stocked with both new and second hand products. The area where products are evaluated is also very orderly.
