Dont even waste your time, money and health on the DIY option especially if, like us, you are 5 hrs away when you discover that they cut most of your 4m lengths (including the actual handrailing!!) in half also the finishing of the product leaves much to be desired. Shocking collection process, shocking after sales service, shocking complaints handling, shocking workmanship. After being told to cut yhe lengths ourselves, we are now 2 lengths short!! Marietjie sort of tried a bit but Dimitri does not give a #%#.
