Mr & Mrs Stroebel called me a few days prior to check-in and apologized and have asked if it's okay to arranged someone else to check me in on arrival, as they would've loved to be there, themselves. Unfortunately they had other commitments prior to my booking. Great communication!!!I have stayed in many self catering, even B&B's and I don't often give ratings nor 5 stars, but from parking to check in, to the room, it was excellent, thank you Lydia.They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything i needed and I could not thank them enough for making my 12 day stay a delight! My daughter couldn't stop talking about how friendly everyone is on the premises, even the other guests.Was always greeted in the morning and asked if all is okay, and is there anything they can assist me with, wow...that is service.I can truly say, this is the best stay in Garsfontein, area is excess controlled and very quiet, outbuildings neat, great parking, rooms comfy and neat, everything you need in a self catering accommodation, it's there, close to Menlyn Mall and highways as well as surrounding restaurants.I would recommend @Home in the East to anyone, therefor my 5 star rating justify how well I stayed at your place and I will be back, thank you for your hospitality & service Mr & Mrs Stroebel family and Lydia.

They are different in appearance and heart.. They did not have a washing machine or dryer, but they falsely advertised it and received 250 Rand each for one wash. And we never fought with the host and the host staff, but he wrote a false review saying that he insulted the host and the staff, and he was a Dutchman who lacked morality. I am very disappointed.When you check-in, take photos everywhere and leave evidence. Suddenly you force yourself to use it and break it.

Staff stays there sometimes great place clean and the most friendly family runs it I see some review s are lies fake accounts from one iun happy customer I saw with my own eyes speeding and threatening looks like he got friends to review vand create fake accounts
