It was great becauae the staff was very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. The reason I voila not give you a 5 start is because I noticed that your staff at the reception work without chairs for them to sit. They are girwbwr standing on their feet which I find very unfair, abusive, uncalled for, unfair and inhumane. How on earth do you make people yo stand the whole day worst of all women. Why do they not have chairs to sit and at least rest their feet. Do uou know that you are creating unnecessary illnesses for them because their legs get strained and so is the whole body. One day one person is going to collapse and die because of the worst decisions taken that they should work standing the whole time. It will be very much humane if you can consider changing this to reduce the strain you are causing these people who are working so hard and show so much love to their work but nit valued bybthe employer.

The food was bad and the some waiters we rude. The accommodation was good except for the bed it was not comfortable.

Had a family reunion with people from England,Nelspruit,Sandton,Pretoria and Meyerton.We had a awesome time. beautiful venue and excellent service. Thanks allot.

My stay was short and after usual business hours which makes it difficult to give an objective score.

Everything was awesome except for the wifi connectivity inside the rooms, there is totally no wifi connection inside the rooms

Very lovely place and food are excellent room comfortable and neatly

Directions to the rooms at night was a bit of a nightmare, numbering of chalets did seem sequential Didn't like that I had to walk on due wet grass in the morning as the plant was hung over the pavement. Had to move bed side due to curtain not giving full privacy.

I liked their attention to the needs of the customers, their patience and hospitality. Thank you Kopanong, keep up the standard
