The receptionist knocked off before closing time (16:50) and told me I couldn't collect my t-shirts when the closing was actually 17:00. She told me I should collect at 2pm but when I got there, only 80% of the shirts were done and I had to wait outside until 18:30 the them to finish shirts. Horrible service from the receptionist

The front desk service is excellent but I was disappointed with how much time they took to get my order ready, the worst part was the dishonesty as to how long it would take for it to get ready, and being told it should be ready by a certain time only for that to turn out to be untrue. If you are in a hurry you should not use their services.

Don't do any vehicle wrapping with these people please, after one year the wrapping started to make bubbles and came loose, the vehicle were parked in a garage, but was in terrible condition after two yearsWhen we approached them they asked all types of questions wich we answered. The women behind the counter even swear at usPLEASE DO NOT do any vehicle wrapping with these people

Worst service ever. They have an excuse for anything. I asked to print just 1 coffee mug with them but they treat it as its such a big job that will take years to be done or maybe it is taking long because they have bigger orders to deal with and not a single mug. I made payment on thr 2nd of Feb and she said ill only receive it on the 5th. She said they close at 3pm but when I got there at 2pm the shop was closed. I felt like a fool for driving all the way there.Also she said if I add 2 photos on the mug I cannot add any texts. I added my own texts and designed everything but I am expecting them to make a mess of it when I go collect today.. if it will be done that is.This is the last time I visit this store.

Yoh...The service it's so poor and I do not recommend anyone to go buy anything in there... I ordered a something inthere by the lady on the reception she said it's at the back, she went there and came back empty handed and said she forgot the thing we've ordered it's on the way we must come back on Tuesday, it was on Saturday by then, on Tuesday when we go she said Wednesday, on Wednesday she said next week Tues, when we go there next week she said sorry it's not there she's will contacts me when it's delivered, she never called or do anything, after 3 weeks I went there, found the owner, she told me the company it's hers no one can tell her how to run her business, she's not the supplier Hee wara wara wara ....

I would not even give a 1 star. Really BAD Service and Noooooooooooooo people skills and Rude. It's a shame such people are only in it for the money and nothing else believe me such business's does fall.

Don't do any business with this company. Waited a month for our order and still the order was incorrect! The service was terrible!!!!

I bought a new cadii from this shop and the dividers were removed. I was told I need to buy them separately after collection.New cadii come with a lunch box and also dividers as standard.I also asked them to brand the cadii with goku character and they print their company’s details ( company name and their phone number) at the front of the cadii without my consent as a customer.I was told this is standard when I enquired after collection but none of this were communicated with me when I was buying and telling them what to brand with. Mind you, this is the Child’s school cadii, and I am supposed to put my phone number there for the teachers to call me or anyone to call me for emergency but this company put their company details for advertisement. Very unprofessional.The cadiis they used for advertisement of the pictures above don’t have their company details yet they tell the customer it is standard to put their company details on each cadii.

The worst service ever dont even try do business with them .management doesn't even care about her clients. If you want to waste your money just try working with them ,they can't even do a simple printing job. They won't even refund you with your own money.
