Perfect veterinary spot-has good caring staff with what seems like up to date facilities. Has ample parking-bit of a tight corner sometimes when entering and exiting. Pet store on the same premises is ok, has what you need with informed staff-however can be very pricey at times-also they are obsessed with collecting your details(for what reason?) which is delaying when you just need to pick something up and want to do a single small transaction.

Took my angora rabbit to them, she was terribly wet and muddy from all the rain in the past two weeks. They kept her overnight, and got her back to being a happy bunny! Doubled up my roof on the enclosure in the meantime. They are highly professional and caring. Thanks!

Best Vet Ever!! HANDS Down I have trust issues when it comes to my bunny! And they cared for him in his sickness and he stayed the night! I received him happy as He always was and he is feeling so much better!! Can 10/10 recommend.THANK YOU ALL for the Kind and amazing service keeping me up to date and everything!!!: Bugs has been so thankful for everything Craighall Vet has done for him he was expected tohave a short life but van happily say he is over 1 year and still kicking about this morning! Thanks for allowing us more time over and over with our 2 little buns!

Upon a misdiagnosis from another vet in the area. We took our Toffee the yorkie to Dr Sam. He was diagnosed with pneumonia and is now on day 3 of his antibiotics and is a completely better fur kid and a happier dog. Thanks to the entire team. Professional. Friendly and incredibly efficient.Highly recommend this team to anyone with a pet to go to your establishment.Thank you again and much lovePaul, Jessica and Toffee
