Pretty decent spot to pick up some food quickly. It gets really busy on weekends as people come hang on the promenade, but overall, the service is great.

I'm not going back there. They always get my order wrong. The staff is very rude and impatient. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else

If I could give zero as a rating I would. Medium chips arrived half empty - contacted the branch just to be told that I am wrong and they filled the containers properly. Don’t waste your time or money with a branch that clearly doesn’t care about their customers!!

I’ve had these guys simply not deliver and then try deliver 2 hours later. The real problem is that they didn’t think there was anything wrong with that.Going into the shop is as bad as the online experience. The frontman tried to charge us just under double what we ordered. We had to query it and then it was reduced to the correct price!!Wouldn’t recommend this Steers.

Steers Sea PointI ordered 2 veggie burgers with cheesy chips. I specified “NO onion”I asked the lady behind the till twice if they are vegan burgers - she acknowledged and said yes.When I got home my burgers came with onion on itAND BACON.BACON ON A VEGGIE BURGER.Where is the logic in this?!If I wasn’t so far from home I would have brought it back.Service was super slow as well. I ordered off Uber so I came into the store to collect after ordering 25 minutes prior to entering the store. They hadn’t even seen the order yet.Really disappointing and won’t be visiting steers in sea point again.
