XtraSpace Self Storage Booysens

Good Day,I would like to thank xtraspace booysens staff for their hard working from Manager, security and cleaners. Their service is very good and we always feel welcome. As for Luan wooow she's a sweet darling very professional, strict when it comes to work, she's a very hard working person and i believe that she's an asset of this your company. What ever problem you have she will make sure that it is resolved. She even work extra hours because i remember when we start here she used to come early around 6 am to assist. Thank you very much.

Great service from Peace...always willing and able and freindly

At first, the site advertised for reasonably low price but when I got there, I was charged double what I was anticipating. I still stored my stuff there and the lady I was talking every month about my payments was pretty nice. The other issue is that the storages are not covered by a roof so when I had to go get my stuff back, it was engulfed in dust. The only way I could've probably protected it was to purchase the plastic wraps or boxes they have on site, which are ridiculously expensive and I couldn't afford it. So I think that's a scam knowing very well that the storages don't have roofs but they charge you more for the protection of your belongings.

They lose part of the consignment! Not good.

Great service from the gate security to reception team. Special mention goes out to a very young man who works there I think his name is Douglas or something similar. He has impeccable customer care skills and patiently assist you in settling in. Keep up the GOOD WORK EXTRASPACE!!!!

Very secure place and friendly environment. The manager Nombeko (@ Booysens Road)is well experienced and customer orientated.
