From hero to zeroThis was best tasting kfc. Get your cook back the person really knew what he was doing. Tasteless chicken, soft and mushy dunked wings how hard is it to get it right crunchy wings covered in a sauce. My round had no chicken only batter is it that difficult to look at what you are making.

First of all, some staff members make u feel like they doing u a favor by working there. Secondly, the ice cream machine never works, most times there's no chicken and u have to wait. Staff members don't even know the specials that's are on. Honestly just a waste of time. Very sad to say... Needs alot of improvement

Food, some pieces was over fried meaning close to burnt,some under fried(not cooked properly inside) lettuce was yellow, food tastless(less salt) not the first time this happened, unfortunately another branch that I went to was closed so forced to get a meal here.. Maybe owner or manager should take a keen interest in the way food is prepared before customers get their meal

Food can be fresh and delicious at certain times and then you get dry, old chicken and chips at other times. Why can’t it be consistent? And Ice cream is never available.

Best staff but the chicken is very rarely good. And often dry and old. If you lucky to get a fresh batch then you will enjoy your meal. There's also many occasions where they say their suppliers don't send them Chilli salt or tomato sauce.

They always get my order wrong! Literally every time! I ordered dunked wings and got zinger wings. How is that even possible? Also their land line is not updated this is crazy
