friendly and helpfull staff, but if you a taxpayer they have only the chinese type fadeaway till slips for invoices that fade away after a week or so, end of the year we have submit blank invoices to SARS..maybe Total can help solve the problem..

Poor service staff stand around talking and don't come to provide service.staff see you wait to fuel and just ignore. Must be a race issue as only certain customers get served. Just watch as you get back in your car and drive off.

The owner's overall attitude and tone of talking to customers is extremely distasteful. I had such an unfortunate experience when I inquired about freshly baked pies. It was an inquiry and not a complaint but if he gave me a chance to talk he would have realized such. I have purchased a pie before which was a day old, which was mentioned by the staff the morning of a purchase.

Worst experience ever, went to the bathroom for less than 5 min , my parents went out just as I coming out, the supervisor shouts il clap the car At that time it's not past the 20 minutes stipulated on the board All the way from another province to fill my petrol ended up not filling up because the supervisor told me even if I fill I have no right to park even less than 20 minutes.I am not buying anything Moes.Doesnt filling up my tank considered as a purchase? TRAIN YOUR SUPERVISOR.
