I would like to commend Skynet SA as courier service for Medipost, GEMS. The service was not only carried out with detailed precision, but the courtesy displayed by Willem and Cornel courier personnel in Cape Town, surpassed all expectations. Delivery document details exact, knew address, surname and verification details which had to be completed. Really exemplary service. Thank you!!

Very poor service. Never answers any calls

Why do companies not use REAL courier services? Because they use cheap service like skynet. Some advise - if a company makes use of skynet, go somewhere else. The service and drivers are sort of incompetent.

Terrible courier service. They have made multiple commitments to deliver my (very late) package on various days. I have made arrangements to stay at home to receive, with no such delivery occuring. Their communication is a nightmare (I have emailed, phoned and used their Whatsapp) and they keep making promises, which they then don't keep. Will never use again. Please don't expect to receive professional service when using them.

WHAT A TRASH COMPANY! I called ALL of their numbers listed online - none of them work. Parcel was supposed to be delivered a week ago - promises made for new delivery date - but each time, NO DELIVERY - No communication - Nothing! JUST NOTHING> I have never experienced such a useless courier company. I would rather die than make use of them again!Absolute RUBBISH! Doesn't even deserve 1 star!

The Driver & Call Centre Staff Member I dealt with was Incompetent & Rude. The Driver went to the wrong address & then accused me that I wrote the wrong address on the Waybill. How is that possible, if the parcel is being sent to me!? The address was correct, but their Distribution Centre added extra incorrect information. I never received my parcel & when I called the Call Centre, I held on for 20mins., just to receive poor or nonexistent service & empty promises! DO NOT USE THEM TO DELIVER YOUR ONLINE SHOPPING! Your clients will be insulted & they won't receive their goods!

terrible service!!never ever trust them with an important parcel...they are extremely slow..careless and have no sense of customer service at all...this is a pathetic freight company...and the management are absaloutely useless..and when you ask to speak to them they send the receptionist!!! pathetic!!!!

Worst Courier Company Ever Dealt With!!!I work with courier companies on a daily basis, I have never dealt with a pathetic company like Skynet before!!!! A parcel was collected on Tuesday from a company to be delivered on Wednesday, parcel cannot be tracked, they have told the company where they collected from that they experienced technical difficulties and that the parcel will be delivered the next day, which was not done, still no way of tracking the parcel, still no feedback from Skynet. They are completely useless and does not meet a courier company's requirements, and I can say with certainty that they have no clue what the meaning of customer services. Courier Service and Customer Service is non existent in this company. People read reviews before you decide to make use of the services of a company!!!!
