Cecil Payne Shooting Range
Been using this range for a while. Great variety of ranges , even for rifles . Also cheap . R50PP . But stay away from first 3 ranges. Officers on duty seem to harass you constantly. (They are right next to the reception office) . By harassment I mean , one tells you to move your target. Another comes 10 min later and tells you to move your target back. Then a third comes and tells you you can't use your target. Just petty.

Cecil Payne Shooting Range
The range is run by JMPD but is open to the public. Fees are R50.00 per person and are paid directly to the City of Johannesburg via internet banking or direct cash deposit. (Banking Details at the Range)The range is well maintained and the facility in general is set up well.Up to 9 ranges. Rifle Range is 100m long with fixed benches.

Nice, well-kept range. Range fee is very reasonable. Target stands and brandering has recently been stolen, so bring your own.
