Good day...Cashier 204/7/Thembi send me the wrong order...i ordered a chicken burger meal and a mojo burger meal, she send me a mojo meal and a steers beef burger, this is the second time they send us the wrong food. This is not acceptable

Absolutely pathetic waited 1hour30 minutes for delivery and the food was ice cold when it arrived. Will not be supporting our local steers again.

2nd Time I've gotten take away here. Both times the food was cold. This time the burger was icy. I'm aware they are busy being a Wednesday, but then they should get more staff in. Worst burger I've ever had. Couldn't warm it up as loadshedding is the whole night.

I went to Steers Kookrus, Meyerton. Made an order at the self service point. Paid R251 for my order. When I got home, I found out the half of my order was missing. I was the only customer at the time, so too busy isn't an excuse. Never again will that Steers see me again!!!

We were starving, the men went and got pet food I went to Steers. There was a table with 3 people as you enter Steers and me wanting to place an order. The most miserable cashier served me, I asked for a King burger and 2 steak rolls, and was informed no steak rolls, I asked for a menu, and was told they don't have menus. So looking at the ever changing to advert screen, became a bit of a challenge and the waitress becoming very irritated. While waiting for our order, we noticed the self-help order machine and went through the menu, which didn't have the same as what we ordered off the screen. The 2 bacon, cheese burgers were cold, even the usual best ever Steers chips, were cold. Threw half my burger and chips away.Four people in Steers and this is the serve you get. Maybe it's because we don't speak the same language and it was a take-away.Very very disappointed, won't stop there again, that's for sure.

Phoned in for a delivery, it came on time but when the driver started with the transaction the card was declined due to signal. He then proceeded to ask me if I have money in my account. Now no person will order food if they know there is not enough funds in their account!! Next he asked me what is my next step if the card declines again... I told him he must then take the food back because I asked for a delivery, if I wanted to drive and get my food this would not have happened. Please teach your delivery guys how to speak to customers because you just lost one!!

Not very pleased with the attitude of the 'manager'.. very rude and has more time picking at her nails , rather than acting like a manager! She needs a attitude adjustment or find a job that makes her happy and actually want to deal with customers!!!!
