Marco K53 Driving School

I was going to finish my lessons with him before coming to write a review, but it turns according to him I broke their policy and lost not only my last lessons but my money aswell. Fair enough I should've taken a closer look at the policy but by the same token he should of explained it better up front. He was more than happy to take my money without warning that I was in violation of the policy. Seems to me he has a long was to go in running a business with focus on true customer service.

I wouldn't have passed if it wasn't for SADES driving school. I had 10 lessons at Marco's driving school. I learned everything I needed to know to be able to pass at SADES! In 10 hours Marco's school didn't learn me everything I needed to know to pass, they insisted on 10 hours extra (only then I would be able to pass). Unprofessional services!

I had an excellent experience with Marco and his examiner, Hennie. They were patient and helpful every step of the way.

Best driving school ever!

Zero-stars - it would appear that Marco's driving schools believe in themselves and their teaching abilities so little - they have to mark their cars with tippex - to help students to parallel park in the tests... one very disappointed 18 year old, today, wasn't allowed to take his driving test - be cause their car was all sorted for cheating. Wasn't even allowed in the car. And all that money, non-refundable.And then Marco blocks your calls... appalling.

I wish I had read your comments earlier. It would have saved myself a lot of time and money.People, please be careful when using Marco K53 Driving School. They claim to provide a professional service which I found not to be true. When I phoned they they promised me when I pay R850.00 for the learner's license, they will assist with learning material, ensure that my son will be picked up and taken to the Traffic department to book the test and also included in the price they will pick up my son and drop him off again for the actual test. They also told me that 25% of the information they provide in their booklet is not provided in the book bought from CNA (The New Official K53) which is why most people fail their learner's licenses. Very impressed with the promises, I paid the R850.00.When it was time to deliver the booklet, they had trouble finding my address! I phoned them and said that I paid for a service and I want the books to be delivered at the address provided. After much frustration and sending my actual location, the booklet finally arrived. Needless to say that everything on their booklet is provided for in the book bought from CNA! I then asked them when they will take my son to book his learner's and they send me a link via WhatsApp! That's it, they don't help, YOU yourself book it online!!! I then asked them if they will still pick up my son to write the test... To my surprise they said that they will only pick him up if I pay another R200.00. I couldn't believe what I was hearing.I confronted him on WhatsApp stating that the information in the booklet was the same as in the book I bought, they then told me that EVERYTHING was included in the R850.00 price. The response I received was that I should rather find someone else, they will not pay my money back and blocked me!People please be careful. Do not trust these people. This is outright theft and false advertisement! I wish I had done my homework and searched the web for complaints. Please do NOT make USE of them.

my daughter has just achieved her driving license through using Marco's driving school and can only give my highest compliments and recommendations! Johanna and Hennie were amazing instructors and they,as well as Marco completely went out of their way to assist beyond expectations . Thank you for such a pleasurable and seamless experience
