Poorly equipped business that doesn't have any of the right tools for proper animal removal. We requested their services for bird removal and had to call them back 3 times as what they had done hadn't worked. We were told each time that they will come back with the right tools for the job...each time they didn't. Upon their final visit they ended up telling us they couldn't get to the required spot with the tools they have (even though we had made them aware of this before their first visit, we told them it is a tricky spot and the right scaffolding/ladder will be needed) We were assured they can get the job done.Unfortunately they left in a huff the final time after we started to become impatient with them telling us things we already knew. The didn't end up helping us but at least refunded us our full amount. Appreciate that.Sad reality, they're just not equipped to handle the complexities of animal removal. I'd suggest another service
