Absolutely appalling service service. Sent an enquiry for pricing 27/01/2023 to a gent who I spoke to on the phone and explained the scope of works too and the location of the project. after ignoring my emails and call till the 09/02/2023 I get told its forwarded to the branch closer to the site for pricing and I get given another gents details. Calling them on the 9/02/2023 I get told i will have the quote in 2 days max, I cant get hold of anyone or get through to the landline. its now 16/02/2023 and I still don't have feedback, emails returned or pricing. I will be taking our business somewhere else. and I was actually referred to Curvent.
