Beautiful Hotel which is simultaneously being run as a bar/club and restaurant which doesn't make sense. If you're African you're not guaranteed the best customer service. We checked in on the 1st of April 2021 for the easter weekend and had a dispute with breakfast serving. Receptionist told us that they're going to church the next so they won't be able to serve us breakfast in the morning. Instead they'll give us lunch packs the night before. She told us they did us a favour booking us in on a Easter weekend. She was exchanging words with us disregarding the fact that they were in the wrong. They also booked someone into one of the rooms that we booked without any notice. The bar apparently has 12:00am silent hours. We were tortured with loud music way after 10pm. We were moved from the snooker area located in the restaurant area because they were expecting guests and we were loud apparently so we went to the snooker located in the smoking area. All the way from Pretoria for such surprises. The hotel is run by unprofessional, inconsiderate, disrespectful whites who aren't very welcoming to Africans. So if you book yourself in here just be prepared for anything. Worst experience we've ever had with accommodation.

What a lovely suprise this Hotel was with the friendliest service Michelle ...stunning designed rooms, beautiful & clean with white linnen. Food was delicious and good price value for money. Next Africa Off-Road racing we for sure will book again at this hotel. Thank you

The food is great

What a beautiful and clean hotel in such a small town. Very friendly staff and they were so excited that I could speak a little bit of Afrikaans. Dinner was also excellent and was delivered to my room after I indicated that I was tired & would be waking up early the following day to proceed to Mahikeng for the Presidential Imbizo.

The service is bad I waited for so many hours I wanted to order and no one came to assist me

We were there for only 2 hours, waiting for a tow truck. The lounge was very comfortable; the hostess most gracious.

I only visited the restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The space has been newly decorated and painted, and the hotel stands out in the dusty old streets. I had the cheddamelt schnitzel. It was delicious. The portion was generous and it was reasonably priced. I would stop here again for the food (and maybe also for a bed).
