This is a very luxurious place to stay and not expensive.Matilda the owner is very helpfull and make the stay very pleasurable.Lots of animals,especially when you feed them with the feed that you can buy at Daisy.Will recommend this place to everyone.Thanks Matilda for everything

Spacious and perfect for 4 people, small splash pool for cooling down, lots of animals came by.

The animals come to you! Loved it. The owner also let you know about sightings on the river or across the river. The house was very neat and tastefully decorated. Had a lovely stay and will definitely stay here again. Value for money.

Our second stay at Meerkatgat. Excellent!! Mathilda is a superb hostess. We love the modern yet rustic feel of this place. Will definitely be back.
