Thank you Fiona for your excellent service and constant feedback regarding my parcel. Your service is excellent and because of you I will be using this service again. I initially was going with another company before Act Logistics which I have already paid. They have failed to collect my parcel when they where supposed to and decided to cancel. The service I have received from Fiona and Act Logistics was miles apart from the service I have received from the competitor. Thank you Fiona Springer you are a great asset to your company!!!! Keep up the good work.

They are very good at making delivery promises terrible at executing. Made me wait at delivery point the whole day and never arrived Still waiting for Ronald and the parcel after numerous phone calls and promises still nothing

Driver doesn't deliver to my address on delivery date because I don't answer the phone when he calls - I was busy on another call. Responded to his message. Told he's only coming to deliver the next day.....

I dealt with Amir Khan who handled the freighting of my son's guitar to the UK he kept in touch until the item finally arrived in the UK. Their packaging was so well done that there was no damage to this very expensive guitar.Would highly recommended this company for your freighting needs. Thank you Amir for the excellent service .
