Our block could not have chosen a better company, recommended by another block on High Level Road, for the installation of a visitor access system. All the people we dealt with from A to Z were patient, courteous, informative and meticulous in their work. It was a real pleasure dealing with a company that provides one with such excellent advice and service. Incredibly disappointing. Overcharged us on a system (which was barely used) that was obsolete within 2 years. NO load checks were done whatsoever. Our Lithium batteries died before 2 hours in peak times. We relied on the back up system they installed to carry us further. They didn’t realise their back up battery they installed two years prior was the actual issue and that needed to be replaced. Their technicians came out several times to fix an issue with our pedestrian gate but once again had no idea what they were doing. They charged us for a full days work and the issue wasn’t resolved. They then came back once they knew what to do and thank goodness didn’t charge us for that day after we complained. They have now quoted us on an system at an exorbitant mark up , to replace their previous exorbitantly marked up system that was obsolete within 2 years. They said the batteries we installed on the gates, will need a stronger back up, this after they told us we would be fine. They are absolutely headstrong and refuse to accept accountability. Absolutely cannot recommend them at all.

Iron Curtain Security made contact almost immediately and were the only company who offered to come out to the premises to see what we needed before quoting. As a result they were able to make helpful recommendations addressing issues we hadn't considered. They were punctual on installation day, cleaned up after themselves and were very amenable to adjustments made on site. We highly recommend them.

They say you get what you pay for". I had a CCTV system installed at my home. Iron Curtain Security were not the cheapest

I've been using Iron Curtain Security for the last 10 years. I've just secured my third premises with them and I can only say that they get better and better. I recently installed an AI Human Detection system, and I am beyond impressed with this system, compared to the systems I've previously had installed. As for after sales service and support, I only have good things to say.

These guys are absolute professionals! They started with a needs assessment, then installed a full alarm system. They also showed us how to set up the app on our phones and followed up a few days later to make sure everything was good. They use the latest technology that's still compatible with armed response companies.Since then, they've been back to install more sensors on our external gate and garage, and they came up with an ingenious solution for an unconventional arrangement. And just today, they installed some smoke detectors for us and dealt with some challenges to find a solution.I had my own cameras, which was not a problem. They installed them and gave great advice on how to best use them. Overall, I can't recommend them highly enough!

They did a great job. And to Kevin (The IT Guy!) for both visits, he was gave me a great transfer of knowledge on the products and software.Lastly to Craig for the initial assessment, he was professional and very clear of what is needed after giving him my requirements. I am very pleased with the after sales service received from Iron Curtain. I dealt with Yoke who facilitated the process to get technicians out to find the problem and replace the faulty part, all in a matter of a few days. Thank you for the efficient service. My home surveillance system is running as good as new again.
