As a service and repair centre it's always a good thing if you deal with someone who goes the extra mile to get urgent replacement parts to you. Overnight parts ensured that my client had her bike fixed and got to compete and finish a big race. Thank you Tom. Much appreciated. Keep up the good work.

Definition of great service!Tom and the team at Giant Greenside have just been BRILLIANT and I am very happy to give them 5 stars.We started with a noise in the back - went away came back - went away and then a snapped chain.......the joys of riding.Throughout all of this they have been great!NEVER suggesting more than was needed and helping be learn more about my bike in general. Being pretty ignorant of my bike (sad to admit) they provided great information as we went along.So grateful for the time and effort to get me back riding......as soon as my knee heals from running :)

Unfortunately, my first experience at this store was not great, and I’m never quick to complain. I stopped past, on a Saturday, to see if they could help me change tyres on my MTB (10min job). The mechanic looked uninterested and he said they’d book them in for Monday. The mechanic was unfriendly and arrogant. After leaving this store, I called Sprocket and Jack (Parkhurst) to ask for help; they welcomed me in with a smile - 30min later my tyres were changed.
