Placed an order on the phone, they got my order wrong. They called me a minute later and when I got to the restaurant they still got my order wrong, requesting me to wait 20 minutes for my order.

I am so fuming and disappointed cuz this is the second time , I ordered chicken cram decker the base was uncooked and there was no chicken in it just the sauce , it was so horrible ..I was literally eating the dough and sauce..Please don’t cut cost at our expenses ..Poor service

Deleted my previous one year old 5 star review. Now Service levels have declined. Ordered an online pizza & 2 hours later no delivery and the only excuse was they too busy. Had to physically drive and burn expensive fuel for a refund. It's time for home made Pizza's! Don't expect any courteous service anymore.

Ordered a creamy chicken decker today and it taste completely awfully stale. With the base extremely hard. We couldn't even finish it. I am really disappointed by this. And the problem is that you only see this when you get home

Placed an order last night at 7PM,was told my order will take 45minutes to an hour(which is okay).Waited almost the whole night and my order never arrived and not even a simple communication on what was going on with my order.

I made an order on the 22nd June and selected COD option. The driver delivered but promised to bring small change back and he never did upto this day. I called the store and was promised to be called back but no call yet. I sent an email to the headoffice but no response yet. I don’t know what to do now over a small change.

Pizza took over an hour to get prepared and this was a Weekday night before month end the excuse was load shedding . I understand load shedding affects us all but the staff seems very disorganised and don’t know how their backup power functions. They don’t communicate that orders will be delayed, but rather stay chatting and completely ignore customers. I then left the store to give them time and 20 min later , still no pizza . What a mess this place is.

Worst service ever! Ordered a pizza on the app for delivery - it didn't have spring onion as per ingredient list. Took 5min to get someone to answer the phone. The manager says it is our fault as we didn't open the pizza in the dark out in the street to make sure all the ingredients are there, but as it happens they are also out of spring onion. Nobody called to inform us that they are out of stock, neither did they discount their missing ingredients. I told her she can come fetch the pizza untouched and refund the money, which she refused. They will get some spring onion from Nando which we can now add to a cold pizza. This store is inefficient and the managers are rude and unhelpful. Never making the mistake of buying from them again.
