Redicoulas expensive. I will never recommend them.

Not recommended. They could never finish work on time. Items removed during renovations which I asked they must keep for me, dissappeared. Not all work quoted for and paid for was done. New taps are leaking. There is a whole list of things, to many to mention on here. They are very expensive as well. One would think that you will get what you pay for, but not with this company. Lame excuses when you query about work not up to standard. The light switches get stuck because they paint over light covers and switches. They do not remove fittings or fixtures when they paint, they paint over it. I had to call them back within the year quarnatee period, but up to date, no response. They make promises they can't keep. We've been using PMHI for the past 6 years for renovations and new builds. I can honestly recommend this team. They are on time, well prepared, hawk-eyed when it comes to the finishes and walking the extra mile in the background without us asking. Next project coming soon!

We have used PM Home Improvements for years for both large building projects and small upgrades. You cannot find better service, willingness to go the extra mile, or reliability.

I live in Ifafi in Hartbeespoortdam and have used the services of PM Home improvements multiple times, they have replaced 90% of my properties ceilings, we have done roof extensions, roof sealing work and they are currently converting an exterior building into a flat.The management team and staff are very friendly and professional and will always go the extra mile to make the renovation or building experience better.Building material has become very expensive in SA but PM Home Improvements will always find a way to keep building costs at a minimum although they have their own financial company responsibilities to look after.I highly recommend their services and will continue to support local business.

We found PM home improvements with a Google search and are very happy we took the chance. We live far from the site where the construction happened and needed someone reliable. Paul’s (and his team’s) approach includes efficient and continuous communication, professional advice backed with engineering and construction knowledge, attention to detail and excellent customer service. Our rather big project was completed in less than a month without compromise on quality, and with constant progress updates and attending to changes we made throughout. The team of workers was on site on time everyday and remained friendly and easy to work with throughout. I also appreciated Paul’s ability to give aesthetic/decorative advice, staying within budget and going the extra mile to find me something as detailed as the exact shower door we needed :) Thank you to Paul, Sandra, Herman and all the workers for a pain-free project!
