This place will do better and more profitable business if they are prepared to sell smaller wuatities or shorter lengths . Not everyone who there is a business person worh a job to finish.

We ordered sheets from them and the builder asked for 5,9 and 6,9 sheets, they ended up delivering all at the length 5.9 this was on the 15th December 2020 on their closing date. The builder was then in isolation for covid-19 at the time, we paid the invoice that was sent to us (we just paid as we have no idea what is needed all we knew was we must pay the bill to recieve the goods and he's boy signed for the goods recieved, he signed as to what he saw on the receipt is what he received but he had no idea that the order is wrong. The builder notify us the very next day to say hes boy just told him that all sheets is the same length and it is wrong and it's not what the builder ordered, we even showed them the chat between the builder and us we immediately tried to call and make contact to what the invoices say but they were already closed for holidays then the builder passed away with covid-19 we went to adress the matter with them The 1st day they open in January we call to address the problem and they strictly refuse to change the 14 sheets for us our whole order came to just under R20000 and staff was just like it's not our fault, the manager was so rude and said you can go there to complain I don't care we not changing it. I will never recommend this place they not even worth 1 star
