When we took out our lease with Guiomichel Estates before they were taken over by MoreSA we had little to no problems. We felt apart of an agency that cared. However once MoreSA properties took ownership, we felt more and more like just a passive income for a much larger business. There were more than a few mistakes during our tenure with them. Things unfortunately did not improve and we parted ways with them in less than ideal ways. It felt like a struggle to get answers, correct information or even the correct amounts of money returned to us. We felt as if we the paying tenant were doing more work to get the information we requested then we should have been. The conduct of staff was also a poor reflection of the previous owner and the good rapport she had with her clients. I would not recommend renting or using their services. They are too big for their boots and have really lost the human touch which is so important in the times we live in.
