What started off as a really bad experience, turned into a great customer service experience.Back ground story:A week ago we had such a disappointing experience. I bought a battery there 7 months ago to use for loadshedding. I asked the sales person if the battery that he recommended will work and he assured me it would. The battery also has a 2 year warranty. Yesterday we found out that the battery is faulty because they sold me the incorrect type of battery and now they refuse to exchange it or refund. So we have to pay for their mistake. This is probably the worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time.Long story short, thanks to Clinton and Francois, I got my money back and I could return the battery. Their assistance was of great value and I appreciate all the trouble they went through. Their help made this distasteful situation into a great story. Thank you!

Our sales person Nolan really knows his job. I called earlier and when I got there, I got the part I wanted without having to bring a sample with, as all the other spare shops had asked for. The shop is also laid out so that you can easily find what you are looking for and the staff are friendly, efficient and helpful
