Well, after reading the reviews I can see why we are having such a problem. Empty promises, lots of meaningless apologies, dealing with not one, or two or even three different people, but many who say the same thing as the person before but with no satisfactory answers or results. You get put on hold for ages only to be cut off, call back and then endure some more insincere apologies. (They are good at apologies though and for that they get one star - I guess they have had lots of practice).Why is this such a mess? The TV is under warranty. We were promised it back after 3 days. Now it's 3 weeks later. The TV will be delivered tomorrow they say, tomorrow comes and goes. Make another call, definitely on Monday they say - Monday comes and goes. Make another call, the TV is now not yet repaired.And so it continues. Is this a legit place? Where is our TV? I can't believe Samsung have accredited or endorsed this place to do work on their behalf, surely not?And then the canned response to the reviews is just a joke.

Worst customer service experience ever. The man working at 2 pm on Monday 23 January 2023 was actually looking for a way NOT to be of service and trying to make it impossible to have a sceen protector which is slightly lifting on a ZFlip 4. No accountability whatsoever by Samsung after selling me an expensive product. I am shocked

Worst service ive never had. They dont answer there phones and when they do it took more then 30min only to be put through to someone else to be cut off.Thers no feed back on a item that needs to be repairedAbsolutely terrible from Samsung

Worst after sales service experience ever. The guy behind the counter treats you like he's doing you a favor by being there. Utter disrespectful. I will definately advise people not to buy any Samsung product

Service pathetic. No communication from store regarding progress of repair. Upon collecting phone, new issues have arisen with staff unable to diagnose and repair issue at hand. Definitely won't recommend them.

Service is quick and prompt. Altough I feel they could've given more advice on device preparation before handing it in for repairs. Staff to be trained in this regard would improve the entire experience.
