From 2012 until now, incuding the Small Business course I'm currently busy with, I've completed 5 courses with GetSmarter. The course content, online learning environment and staff support provided by this insitution is exceptional.

If I could, a zero would be fitting. Poor service, It's been months since I completed my course and still no certificate, and lastly, I passed yet I have not received my final results (only my provisional results). Biggest waste of time. Please refrain from wasting your money.

Horrible customer service. They are quick to want to register you for the course but after that, no assistance, no responses on emails and you phone and get a told a story only to receive no feedback again. I'm running out of time to start the course that I have been wanting to do to help advance my career and it has been almost 2 months of no assistance. I have not received such shocking customer service from a business in years.

Worst place ever. Been waiting months for my results. You mail them and mail them and mail them and won't get any responses. Ché Wrenn is supposed to be my success manager for the UCT Compliance Management cource but you can never get hold of her. No one is helpful. No one. My employer has been asking me for my results for months. I did the course in January and still haven't had any feedback and I'm the one looking bad to my employer because I have no results to show.

I would definitely give you 0!!!!!!I am taking this matter further. Arranging a meeting with my lawyer.You promised that I would receive my certification within 2 weeks of completing the course.It's almost SEPTEMBER and I haven't received anything.HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT.

Terrible place to work and over priced courses with no real support. It’s all about the money , not all staff are even qualified to do what they do. Careful before you sign up, read terms and conditions before signing up! Heavy marketing campaign to make you sign up! Karam always comes back !

After being fobbed off several times with regards to enquiring about the delivery of certificates, I’m at my wits end. I suggest the staff of get smarter attend a course on courtesy and stop blaming the virus for non action. 7 months later and they still have not sent any communication or answered emails requesting the delivery of the certificates. I wish I could give zero stars, one is too many at this time. So dare I say, the 2 courses that we’re considering for the new year, we’ll have to look elsewhere.

I won't lie, I was a little dubious when I signed up as to how they were going to set this up and make online learning easy, interactive, successful. I was so wrong!I could not praise their system enough! I'm currently doing a module through LSE, and I'm amazed at how manageable and well taught the entire course is. It is broken down into easy to manage modules and subunits, with interactive exercises and checks to make sure you understand what is going on.On top of that, the GetSmarter team as a whole are incredible - super friendly, able to help with anything, and provide truly excellent support for the course. Best online experience I have ever had - 100% would recommend to everyone.

Their courses are well run through top universities like UCT, Oxford, Harvard etc. It provides a great opportunity to expand your knowledge, and to network with your classmates who come from all over the world. The tutors are very responsive in the online campus.

All the bad reviews saying people dont receive their certificates have made me look at using another company!
