Security records my name & ask what the visit is about then records. Only to be told at the sales desk an hour later that they cannot assist me I should call MTN call centre number. Makes one wonder why they ask you about your visit at the entrance ☹️?

Router on 24-month contract stopped working after 9 months. Collected repaired" router but nothing has changed

Just want to say thank you to Sello Mashiane for going the extra mile and calling me back after I asked about stock on a certain phone earlier in the morning. They received stock later in the day and he called me back and even held on while I was busy with clients on my side to try and assist me. Great job bud. People like you restore the faith in customer service. Working in sales and with customers myself I know how important it is for a business to have people like you. If I could give a zero I would’ve. My brand new phone only had to receive a so called “software update” and when I had to go and collect it the screen was damaged. The store manager was very rude and denied that it happened with them. After a long argument they still wouldn’t compensate on their side. I will definitely not be renewing any contracts with MTN in the future.

Rotten attitudes by the staff. They really do not wish to help anyone.Anyway, the real issue is that MTN lies about their deals. My contract was meant to include one free screen replacement, the value of R799.I couldn't claim this deal online as there was no such deal available despite the advertising in the brochure. When I asked them how to register this claim online, they phoned 'Huawei' and they told me the MTN brochure has a typing error. It supposedly is only a screen protector, which I also did not receive. False advertising and lies. Really MTN, is this how you trick people into purchasing deals by blatantly lying to them?

PATHETIC, PATHETIC, PATHETIC!!! MTN definitely does not want any customers. I went there on Sunday because I wanted to get a phone on contract. I have given all the correct documentation numerous times between Sunday and today and clearly no one knows how to submit the documents. I phoned over 10 times just to hear that someone will get back to me. It is now Wednesday and I still don't have any proper feedback. I have wasted three days for nothing. Definitely won't be using their services.

Lebogang was great. I called in earlier this morning to check if you had stock, Lebogang reserved the device for me and even got everything ready before I got there. The Honor representative was also very helpful.Great experience. Definitely the best MTN store in Pretoria
