No stars at all. Since when do you charge a client for coming out during load shedding ?? So that you can charge them additional call out fees. Hmmmmmmm Sounds like a money making business to me. Shocking but does not surprise me at all. We all know when its load shedding, there is an app for that. Its time for a change ADT, there has to be a way in this technological age we live in that you can see WOW its load shedding. Seriously !!!!

Had our alarm go off on 28 March. Alarm activated right after a loud bang. By instinct we pressed the Panic as well. With the Automated call we pressed 2 for armed response to proceed. We were then called by the control room 5 minutes later (Why the automated call then) We asked them to please proceed as we believe someone gained access to our house. Armed response arrived about 10 minutes later. Only shined a tourch through our gate got back in he's car and left. Till this date waiting on adt to check up. I can only assume that the response officer was scared with multiple zones going off followed by a panic

I bought a shop I. Eersteriver and I asked them to sort out my alarm. I'm very disappointed because they deducting money from my account for the past 12mnths and my alarm is faulty.they are quick to bind you in a contract and the service is not up to standard.i have 3 shops and I am cancelling with adt.its just abwt money for them...

ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!!! I'm trying to reach the sales department, which means a new customer, but after 5 failed attempts, not a single person from that pathetic company has even bothered to contact me and judging by the reviews on this page, it seems pretty evident they dont care, suprised they are still in business

Scrolling through the reviews I would be more than distraught by what they say if I sat on a management seat in this company. If I had any doubts whether I was being unreasonable, the reviews have surely proved me right. Their customer service is basically non existant, no call backs, no response to the alarm going off. Quick to take your money, but no service for it and of course it is never their fault. Please do not use ADT if you want to feel protected!

I am nearly 80 years old. We had a burglary and the thief stole a remote which can switch off our alarm. I phoned on Friday and was told a technician would come on Monday! On Monday the technician was given the wrong address. On finding this there was no attempt to find the correct address. He just cancelled. When I phoned they said they would phone back with alternative arrangements. It is now 5:00 pm and no call. AND THIS COMPANY IS SUPPOSED TO LOOK AFTER MY SECURITY!!!!

Some of the worst experience I have ever received. I have been trying to get a technician out since 9am, I was informed someone would be at my location by 4pm. When no one pitched by 4:45pm I called to find out from the dispatcher what is the new time estimate. Their response was I am done working

DO NOT even try to use their services.Pathetic poor service. In fact it's non- existence service.I canceled on 9th February 2023. Emailed them and I received an automated response with clear ref number. Guess what, they've been deducting money from my bank. Imagine a big company stealing money from a poor woman. No one is escalating communication and they don't know how.Even when I test the alarm, no phone call, nothing! Then what's the point of having their alarm system. Pathetic service!DO NOT, DO NOT and DO NOT! Even think of taking their services.

We trusted them with our safety and they entrusted us with faulty unsafe wiring-open, uncovered wires that present a serious safety hazard. Now the lady in customer service was rude, spoke over me when they knowingly put our lives at risk for the last two years. Instead of apologizing for such terrible backyard electrician work, they even wanted us to pay for them to install new, whole, safe wires. Be careful people!!! The wiring they did/ they claim only hooked their radio into and considered acceptable was just flagged by another service provider to us. The wires are open, broken pieces bent around each other and a very obvious and serious fire hazard.

They did not live up to their contract. The agent lied about the length of the contract upon signing. We were moved over to a month to month contract nearly a year back without being notified. No they want remove the radio antenna whilst we are still paying. This is a don't care company with little to no regards for their paying customer. Alarm activation resulted in a 15 minutes wait for response and no feedback from management.
