My friend and I went to Archer Bar on Saturday. The waiter sat us down and asked us to show proof of our age (I'm 26). After we showed him, the waiter said he needs to call his manager because we didn't look our age. They refused to give us a menu while we waiting for the manager. They made us wait over 10 minutes. Eventually we left the Bar.The staff was rude and the level of service was disgusting. I will not recommend to anyone.

Awesome venue, but service was definitely lacking. Our waiter seemed to be trying his best, but too few staff seemed to be stretched. There was a Covid sign-in table at the entrance, but nobody was there to check temperatures or details. Lack of visible management seems to be the issue.

Terrible experience , i waited at the door for more that 5 minutes while i watched your waiters laugh at each others jokes. Very unprofessional , ill never return to Archer bar and eatery again , dont waste your time.

Not worth your money spent... Service is shocking. Had to seat myself as no one was attending the door, everyone was huddled in a corner by the bar even though there were about 12 customers in the entire place. Food is so overrated, tasteless. Prices online are not the same as when you go... Beers are incredibly over priced.

Overpriced and no attention to detail. Ordered 'medium' got 'dry'. Items missing from my meal. Ordered an expensive bottle of wine and found it on the edge of being corky. As if not stored correctly. When it came to paying, I couldn't find my waitress. They're not paying attention!It's a pity because the hotel and venue appears to offer so much more

Very funky bar, however considering the high cost of beverages, one would expect good service. Sadly this is not the case. Better management needed at this upmarket venue. The GM needs to be more visible at night.
