I ordered a Rat cage and sent a courier to collect, from start to finish the service was outstanding. It's very rare to receive excellent service these days, but dealing with this company was refreshing. Will definitely continue supporting them.

This is the only place in Pinetown where I could find mesh at a reasonable price to build a chicken coup. The staff was very helpful. They stock a good range of pet food and pet products.

Great store with everything you need for your fur babies. Very reasonably priced, well stocked and very helpful staff. Safe parking within the premises. Owner is very knowledgeable on pets and she gives great advice and guidance.

Tiny shop off quarry road, not a very pleasant area. Top end high quality dog food 30% cheaper than the vets.

No welcoming staff ... no one to really assist. The guy at the counter kept on talking to another person and ignored us. There's only few birds for sale.
