On day 2 of the lockdown my husband needed to have a script filled urgently. After trying two other pharmacies, and not being able to get through in one case, and being put on hold in the second case, I called Arrie Nel Irene to find if they could assist. The phone was answered promptly, and I was put through to Lilanie Joubert to confirm that Arrie Nel Irene had stock of the meds on the script. Lilanie asked me to email her the script, confirmed that she had received it, and within an hour the meds were delivered to us. Such a pleasure to go to this pharmacy. Everyone is very helpful & friendly. It's never overly busy which makes it so quick to collect meds or OTC meds.

Please don't ever rely on Ari Nel Pharmacy Worst service ever was there 5:50 and was turned away because of the cash up or what ever" will never use them or trust them as a medical service sorry but you just lost us as clients!"
